Our Pre-order products work just like the way community supported agriculture works, you help us by pre paying for what you would like us to produce. We don't need to over produce or make something that no one wants. It minimises the risk and helps keep our business sustainable.
We design it, you back it, then we make and deliver.
What are the minimum order quantities?
We have very low minimums and campaign targets, how many orders we receive is how many we will produce.
When will i receive the order?
Once the order closes it will take approximately 3-4 weeks to produce. All going well we should have the order shipped to you within this time frame. If we run into production issues we will get in contact and let you know what the problem is and what solutions we have in mind.
What if It doesn't look like the pictures?
A lot can happen in a run, especially when it comes to printing fabrics. We try our best to give you an accurate visualisation of the finished product but there will be subtle saturation and vibrancy differences between on screen reproductions and the real thing.
Where are your items made?
We endeavour to source ethically and sustainable fabrics from around the world and print the yardage using either digital printing or silk screening. We have printing partners based in Bali, Indonesia who we work with to produce our goods. These are family owned businesses we work with directly. Once printing is completed we then work with our artisans and tailors to cut and sew finished items. Depending on the item this work is carried out in Bali or back here in Napier.
Do you charge my credit card once i order?
We authorise payments immediately. you are paying now for goods that will be delivered at a later date. Pre-paying for these goods enables us to action these production runs as soon as the money comes in, giving us the cash flow to ensure production is sustainable and fast.
Refunds and Returns:
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund only if product is faulty to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
