Perry Davies is an artist and designer who moved from central Auckland to rural Central Hawke's Bay several years ago. We think Perry is on to something here with his bird houses made from found and recycled materials including bits from a dinghy washed up on the beach.. "These houses are based on my love for New Zealand vernacular architecture... rural out buildings, built out of necessity with an unconcious sense of style".
